1. Introduction

Welcome to Everydesign ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! Everydesign is the trading name for Everywhere LTD, a company registered in England, UK, with Companies House Number 14779981. 'Everydesign' and 'Everywhere Tech' are trading names registered in the Information Commissioners Office (ICO.gov.uk). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website https://www.everydesign.co/ (the "Website") and any other media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Subscriptions

Everydesign offers design services on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• Standard Plan: USD 2,999 per month
• Premium Plan: USD 4,999 per month
• Branding Sprint: One-time payment of USD 9,999

As stated later, Everydesign reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Website or services at any time without notice, including this plans.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and all content and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the property of Everydesign and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorised use of the content and materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment of any due amounts, all designs and original source files created for you ("Deliverables") become your property. Everydesign reserves the right to showcase the Deliverables in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may use your company's logo on our website and may publish work created for you as long as it is available publicly or specifically agreed upon with you beforehand.
